The Occhiuto family’s passion for food dates to the 1960’s when Giuseppe Occhiuto began introducing premium Italian cheeses to the Canadian Market. Always searching for the best Italian producers with high quality standards allowing the finest of Italy to be on Canadian tables whether in restaurants or at home.

In the early years Giuseppe Occhiuto imported cheeses that Italian immigrants left behind in their homeland and allowing them to feel at home in Canada.

After 50 plus years we now import not only cheese that Italian immigrants knew and wanted but a variety of cheeses from the Northern Italian Alps to the southern Sicilian Island that are seek'd by all Canadians including top Canadian chef's.

From fresh Burrata flown weekly from Puglia to the highest quality of Parmigiano Reggiano aged 24 to 30 months from Reggio Emilia and many more high quality cheese.
